Premstrip

A compound of rubber and bitumen in strip form for sealing the joints of precast concrete units to provide a permanently flexible watertight seal when compressed between joint faces previously primed with Premstrip Primer.

Premstrip is resistant to chemical and biological attack. Recommended by precast concrete manufacturers; when used with Premstrip Primer it meets BS EN 1917 requirements for manholes (no need for concrete surrounds) and has a worldwide proven track record for over 45 years.
