Tilesafe is a cold applied, self adhesive waterproof membrane designed for the complete tanking of bathrooms and kitchens before the application of ceramic tiling and/or the installation of showers or baths etc. The membrane is factory controlled to a consistent thickness of 2mm and accommodates movement of the substrate without cracking. Tilesafe is easily applied to walls and floors and is ideal for apartment buildings and hotels as well as for domestic use. Installation of the membrane protects plywood, plasterboard and screeds from water damage and forms an ideal surface for the application of ceramic tiles using ordinary tile adhesive.
