Project Details
The Premcote™ system was recently selected to protect below-ground fire protection pipelines at the NEOOTO auto parts factory in Vietnam. The project was initiated through an open tender process that attracted several leading corrosion prevention suppliers.
After comprehensive technical evaluations and testing, Premier were awarded the contract based on the superior performance of Premcote products.
Key factors in the decision included:
- Premcote primer – fast drying, achieving a consistent dry film thickness of 45–60 microns with a single coat.
- Premcote 101 Tape – achieving the highest bitumen density and the strongest HDPE outer layer when compared to competitor systems.
The project was completed slightly ahead of schedule, and the client expressed strong satisfaction with both the execution and quality of the work delivered.
